I offer therapy for adults who know anxiety well, who struggle with the low energy that comes with depression, or who aren’t sure what direction to take next, whether that means ending a relationship or changing jobs.

My approach is based on getting to know who you are as an individual through curiosity, compassion, and flexibility. I use evidence-based strategies, such as CBT and ACT, tailored to fit your unique experiences. I am trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and use a person-centred approach.
