Thoughtful Online Therapy for Adults Struggling With Anxiety and Overthinking
I believe that change begins with a small curiosity. This is your place to explore.
If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right next step, we can begin with a brief conversation. I offer a free 15-minute consult to see if working together feels like a good fit.
Areas of Interest: I enjoy working with adults who are navigating complex emotional experiences. The areas below reflect both my clinical interests and the concerns I most often see in my practice.
Anxiety
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, overthinking, physical tension, or a sense of being on edge. Therapy can help you understand these patterns and develop ways to respond with more flexibility and calm.
Depression
Depression often involves low mood, fatigue, loss of motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Therapy can support you in making sense of what’s happening and finding a way forward at your own pace.
Grief
Grief can follow the loss of a person, relationship, role, or life expectation. I offer a supportive space to process loss while adjusting to what life looks like now.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
OCD is more than unwanted thoughts—it often involves cycles of doubt, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors. Therapy can help you understand these patterns and build a different relationship with uncertainty.
What to Expect in Therapy
A conversation, not a quiz
In the first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what brings you to therapy, what feels difficult or stuck, and what you’re hoping might change. You don’t need to have a clear plan or the “right” words. We start where you are.
Clarifying goals (at your pace)
When you’re ready, we’ll begin to clarify what you’d like to get out of therapy. Goals can be specific or open-ended, and they often evolve over time. Therapy isn’t about forcing answers—it’s about making sense of things together.
An integrative, tailored approach
My work draws from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), depending on your needs. This allows us to explore deeper patterns while also developing practical tools for coping and change.
Session structure
Sessions are 50 minutes and typically take place weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs, goals, and schedule.
A collaborative process
Therapy is something we build together. I’ll check in regularly to make sure our work feels useful, supportive, and aligned with what you’re hoping to gain.
A safe, thoughtful space
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or a sense of feeling stuck, therapy offers a space to explore your experience with curiosity, honesty, and care.
